Novara Capital was founded after observing a recurring pattern among Australian SME's. Business owners were attempting to solve their operational cost issues by hiring offshore staff directly — and consistently encountering the same failures: no structure, no Key Performance Indicator (KPI)s, no accountability, no visibility.
